1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Sanity Tools ("we," "our," or "us"), accessible at sanitytools.org. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Sanity Tools governing your access to and use of our website, tools, and services.

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the Sanity Tools platform, including but not limited to the Solana Token Creator tool and Burn Solana Token tool, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, regardless of whether you create an account, connect a wallet, or complete any transactions on our platform.

2. Service Description

Sanity Tools provides web-based tools and services designed to facilitate interactions with the Solana blockchain. Our primary services include:

Solana Token Creator: A user-friendly interface that enables users to create, deploy, and configure SPL (Solana Program Library) tokens on the Solana blockchain. This tool allows users to define token parameters including name, symbol, decimal places, total supply, metadata, and authority settings without requiring programming knowledge or direct smart contract interaction.

Burn Solana Token Tool: A specialized utility that enables users to permanently remove SPL tokens from circulation by executing burn transactions on the Solana blockchain. This irreversible process reduces the total supply of the specified token and is commonly used for tokenomics management, liquidity locking, and supply control.

Our services act as an interface layer between users and the Solana blockchain. We do not control, operate, or maintain the underlying Solana network. All transactions executed through our platform are processed directly on the Solana blockchain and are subject to its consensus mechanisms, validation processes, and immutability characteristics.

3. Eligibility and User Requirements

To use Sanity Tools services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law
• Not be located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country subject to United States embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country
• Not be listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties
• Possess a compatible Solana wallet (such as Phantom, Solflare, or other SPL-compatible wallets)
• Have sufficient SOL tokens to cover service fees and blockchain transaction costs
• Have basic understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency transactions, and their associated risks
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Wallet Connection and Security

Our services require you to connect a compatible Solana wallet to interact with blockchain functions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, including private keys, seed phrases, and passwords
• We never request, store, or have access to your private keys or seed phrases
• You must keep your wallet credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
• Any transactions executed through your connected wallet are considered authorized by you
• We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund transactions once they are confirmed on the blockchain
• You are responsible for ensuring your wallet software is legitimate, up-to-date, and secure
• Loss of access to your wallet may result in permanent loss of tokens and assets
• You should verify all transaction details before signing and approving them in your wallet

We implement industry-standard security practices, but no system is completely secure. You assume all risks associated with connecting your wallet to our platform.

5. Service Fees and Payments

Sanity Tools charges service fees for the use of specific tools and features:

Token Creation Fee: A service fee of 0.1 SOL is required for each token creation transaction. This fee does not covers the comprehensive setup process, including token deployment, metadata configuration, and authority management on the Solana blockchain that is about $2.5.

Token Burn Fee: A service fee of 0.1 SOL is charged for each token burning transaction. This fee compensates for the execution and validation of the permanent burn operation.

In addition to our service fees, you are responsible for all Solana blockchain network fees (commonly referred to as "gas fees" or transaction fees). These network fees are:

• Paid directly to Solana blockchain validators
• Variable and subject to network congestion and demand
• Not controlled, set, or collected by Sanity Tools
• Non-refundable regardless of transaction success or failure

All fees are payable in SOL tokens and must be available in your connected wallet at the time of transaction execution. Fees are automatically deducted as part of the transaction process and are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Transaction failures due to insufficient funds
• User error in entering transaction parameters
• Changes in market conditions
• Network congestion or delays
• User's change of mind after transaction initiation

We reserve the right to modify our service fees at any time without prior notice. Updated fees will apply to all transactions executed after the change takes effect.

6. Blockchain Transactions and Irreversibility

You explicitly acknowledge and accept that all transactions executed through Sanity Tools are processed on the Solana blockchain and possess the following immutable characteristics:

Permanent and Irreversible Nature: Once a transaction is confirmed on the Solana blockchain, it cannot be reversed, canceled, modified, or undone by any party, including Sanity Tools, blockchain validators, or yourself. This applies to all operations including token creation, token burning, transfers, and fee payments.

No Refund Policy: Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Errors in token parameters or configuration
• Incorrect token mint addresses
• Wrong burn amounts or token selections
• Duplicate transactions
• User dissatisfaction with transaction outcomes
• Technical errors or user mistakes
• Market changes or loss of token value
• Regulatory changes affecting token legality

Transaction Verification Responsibility: You are solely responsible for carefully reviewing and verifying all transaction details before approval, including token addresses, amounts, recipient addresses, metadata, and all configuration parameters. We strongly recommend testing with small amounts when using any tool for the first time.

Blockchain Confirmations: Transactions require confirmation by the Solana blockchain network. Confirmation times vary based on network conditions and are outside our control. A transaction is considered final only after receiving sufficient blockchain confirmations.

7. User Responsibilities and Conduct

As a user of Sanity Tools, you agree to:

Lawful Use: Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of our services complies with laws in your jurisdiction.

Accurate Information: Provide accurate, current, and complete information when configuring tokens or executing transactions. Verify all inputs before submitting transactions.

Security Practices: Implement reasonable security measures to protect your wallet, devices, and credentials. This includes using secure internet connections, keeping software updated, and being vigilant against phishing attempts.

Prohibited Activities: You agree NOT to:

• Use our services for any illegal purposes or to facilitate illegal activities
• Create tokens that infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Deploy scam tokens, rug-pull schemes, or fraudulent projects
• Manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
• Create tokens that violate securities laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use automated tools or bots without explicit written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Collect or harvest user information without consent
• Create tokens promoting hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

Compliance Responsibility: You are solely responsible for complying with tax obligations, securities regulations, anti-money laundering laws, and all other applicable legal requirements in your jurisdiction. We do not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, software, code, designs, graphics, logos, text, and other materials on the Sanity Tools platform are owned by or licensed to Sanity Tools and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for their intended purposes only. This license does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display our content
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
• Frame, mirror, or scrape our website content
• Use our services for commercial purposes beyond creating and managing your own tokens
• Sell, license, or sublicense access to our platform

"Sanity Tools," our logo, and other marks used on our platform are trademarks owned by us. Use of these trademarks without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

Tokens created using our platform and their associated metadata are owned by the creator, subject to blockchain immutability and applicable laws.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

No Guarantee of Availability: We do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times without interruption. Our services may be subject to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or third-party service disruptions.

No Investment Advice: We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on our platform should be construed as a recommendation to create, purchase, sell, or hold any token or cryptocurrency. You are solely responsible for conducting your own research and due diligence.

No Token Value Guarantee: We make no representations or warranties regarding the value, utility, legality, or market performance of any tokens created or burned using our services. Token values can fluctuate dramatically and may become worthless.

Blockchain Risks: You acknowledge that blockchain technology involves inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Smart contract vulnerabilities and exploits
• Network congestion and transaction delays
• Fork events and chain reorganizations
• Protocol changes and updates
• Loss of private keys resulting in permanent asset loss
• Regulatory uncertainty and potential illegality in certain jurisdictions

Third-Party Services: Our platform may interact with or link to third-party services, wallets, and blockchain explorers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or functionality of any third-party services.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sanity Tools, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of our services
• Your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Tokens created, burned, or managed using our platform
• Your wallet transactions and blockchain interactions
• Any content or information you provide through our services
• Your negligence or willful misconduct

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you will cooperate with us in asserting available defenses.

11. Regulatory Compliance and Legal Considerations

Blockchain technology and cryptocurrency services are subject to evolving regulatory frameworks worldwide. You acknowledge that:

Regulatory Uncertainty: Laws and regulations governing blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital assets vary significantly by jurisdiction and are subject to change. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable laws in your location.

Securities Considerations: Creating or distributing tokens may constitute a securities offering under applicable laws. You are solely responsible for determining whether your token creation requires registration or compliance with securities regulations.

Tax Obligations: Cryptocurrency transactions may have tax implications. You are responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting all taxable events to relevant tax authorities.

AML/KYC Compliance: While Sanity Tools does not collect personal information or perform identity verification, you are responsible for complying with anti-money laundering and know-your-customer requirements that may apply to your token projects.

Restricted Jurisdictions: Our services may not be legal or available in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our services complies with local laws.

We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to our services in jurisdictions where we determine offering such services would violate applicable law or create legal liability.

12. Modifications to Services and Terms

Sanity Tools reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Adding, removing, or changing features and functionality
• Updating user interfaces and workflows
• Adjusting service fees and payment structures
• Implementing new security measures
• Responding to regulatory requirements or legal obligations

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our website. Material changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We recommend regularly reviewing these Terms to stay informed of updates. If you disagree with modified Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of our services.

13. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity
• Requests by law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Technical or security concerns
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Actions that create legal liability for us

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution provisions.

Termination does not affect completed blockchain transactions, which remain permanent and immutable on the Solana blockchain.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through the following process:

Informal Resolution: Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@sanitytools.org to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work in good faith to reach a mutually satisfactory resolution.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.

Exception for Injunctive Relief: Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of services.

15. Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sanity Tools regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.

No Agency: Nothing in these Terms creates any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Sanity Tools.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, blockchain network failures, internet outages, or government actions.

Language: These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only, and the English version shall prevail in case of conflicts.
